					<description><![CDATA[I have been having an issue where if my phone is turned off, my phone will not turn back on. The first time it happened I plugged it in and left it overnight and it eventually botted up. Now the 2nd time it has happened, nothing works. It is stuck in a loop where the apple logo pops up, dims, disappears, and then repeats that process. I would love some help]]></description>
