I just returned from Mexico, Cancun to Tulum. In all 9 days, three iPhone 13 pros not one of them worked. No service for 9 days. Could only communicate via WIFI. Verizon did nothing and Apple is doing the same!]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I have no data intermittently. My provider issued a replacement phone which after 2 days developed the same problem. I have used all of the above fixes which are useful, but temporary. My provider (O2, UK) is sending another sim which might fix the issue BUT I DOUBT IT: A friend of mine has the same phone with the same issue but a different carrier. I suspect it will turn out to be an APPLE THING. Will report back here.]]></description>

I had the exact same problem in Mexico. Arrived January 28 and left. February 27. I spent most of a day on the phone with Verizon techs. We finally did a factory reset (that was my last resort). Still didn’t work. Said I needed a new phone. Now home talking to Verizon and they want to give me a reconditioned phone. Sounds like several of the early models of the 13 Pro have the same problem. I think I need a new version.]]></description>

Verizon put a service request in to their engineers, service ticket is still open and unresolved. In my group of 10, there were 3 of us with this phone that had this issue. I also bought a Telcel SIM which would not work while I was there. Phone works properly when back in the US, but this is a concern for my next trip to MX.
