In reply to David. My phone company says to leave on mobile data, the iphone 13 pro max has switched to the saved internet data. After doing so, I was able to use large amounts of data without using data from my Consumer Cellular phone plan.

After trying it all “Logged onto Spectrum site and updated modem firmware”. Started working, Success!

I had this same problem on my iphone13promax: iPhone connected to Wi-Fi but no Internet error
I deleted the Norton 360 app which was the only way I could disable VPN and that solved the problem

In reply to David. I turned on airplane mode and disconnected from my VPN. I then turned them on in the same order I shut them down and it corrected the problem.
