Ways to Fix Shazam Not Working on iPhone

If Shazam is not working on your iPhone, here is how you can fix it:

1. Check for app updates

If Shazam is not working for you, go to the App Store and see if the app need to be updated. Updates are usually pushed out if Apple spots a bug affecting the app’s performance. It may very well be what is causing to crash.

  1. Launch the App Store app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Search tab at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Type Shazam in the search field.
    • If it says ”Open,” this means that Shazam is up to date.
    • If it says ”Update,” there is an update. Tap it to update it.

2. Update your iPhone

The next troubleshooting tip is to find out if there is a new version of iOS to install. Go to Settings > General > Software Updateto check and, if needed, update your iPhone.

3. Force Quit and Relaunch Shazam

6. Remove Shazam and the reinstall
