How to fix iPhone X bluetooth Issues

The iPhone X Bluetooth comes in handy for a variety of tasks. It enables you to play music on your deck, music player, or similar gadgets.

However, there are times you may experience iPhone X Bluetooth issues. Let’s walk you through different ways to fix iPhone X bluetooth not working problem.

1. Restart iPhone

One of the easiest things to fix iPhone X bluetooth not working is to restart your iPhone. This procedure will correct many problems in your Bluetooth software or other related iPhone issues.

Press & hold the Power/side button and either of the volume buttons until you see the power off slider. Next, swipe The slider from left to right to restart your iPhone.

2. Turn off Bluetooth connection and put it on again

You can redo the Bluetooth connection: Swipe down from top right of the Home screen and tap the Bluetooth to turn it off. Then, tap the Bluetooth icon again to turn it on and check if everything works fine.

3. Remove all paired devices and pair the device again

You can remove all paired devices as follows:

Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Tap the i icon for each paired device and press Forget this device
Do the same for all paired devices
Reconnect the Bluetooth again with the device you want to pair with

4. Check the Bluetooth with other devices

Sometimes, the problem may be from the device you want to pair with. To confirm, pair your iPhone X with another device. If the connection works fine, it means your Bluetooth is fine. The issue lies with the other device you’re trying to pair with.

5. Reset network settings

Resetting network settings can also help you fix the “ iPhone X bluetooth” issue.

Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. With this procedure, you’ll be able to restore your iPhone’s Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth settings to the default.

6. Update iOS

A faulty Bluetooth option might be indicative of an outdated iOS. That means you need to download and install the latest version of iOS on your iPhone X. Make sure your iPhone’s battery has more than 50% power, and your Internet connection is reliable, proceed as follows:

Go to Settings > General > Software Update
If the device needs an iOS update, you’ll find the software update option in this subsection
If it’s not there, that implies the handset might have the latest iOS version of the iPhone’s software already
If you can see the update feature, tap Download and install. Once your iPhone is updated, try to use the Bluetooth again.

7. Reset the connection in car properly

Most of the users have stated that they are specifically facing this Bluetooth issue in the car. So, if you find your iPhone X not connecting to car bluetooth, you should check the manufacturer’s manual properly for both the device and car and then go on to reset the connection.

Make sure any important part of the connection process is not skipped
Go to Settings > Bluetooth and delete all the prior pairings and set them up from scratch.

8. Reset iPhone settings

From the Home screen, hit the Settings icon
Tap General
Tap Reset
Click Reset all settings
Note: These steps will erase all settings from your iPhone and restore the device to its default settings. It doesn’t involve any loss of data.
